-Most recent monthly bank statement covering 30 days
-Most recent transaction summary of 401K, IRA, or Mutual Fund Accounts -All bank and 401k statements must include names, acct.#, 30 day activity
-Copy of the purchase and sale agreement
-If own rental property, most recent Federal Tax Return
-If divorced...a fully executed divorce decree
-For a refinance...a copy of your most recent mortgage statement and property insurance certificate
-Clear copy of a current picture I.D. with date of birth (this is to comply with the U.S. Patriot Act)
Appraisal Deposit of $650 three days following RESPA disclosure by Lender
For self employed borrowers, employed in sales, paid by commission, or owns rental real estate:
Two (2) years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules
Year-to-date profit and loss for business (if applicable)
If self-employed through a corporation, last two years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
